1. Who we are

Código Serna is a Mexican digital studio designing and developing web experiences and running paid advertising & content for businesses in Mexico and the United States.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Upload files containing malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Site's security.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site beyond normal search-engine indexing.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

3. Client onboarding & access codes

The client onboarding questionnaire is gated behind an access code issued directly by Código Serna to a specific client. You agree to keep that code confidential and not share it with anyone outside your organization without our consent. We may revoke or expire access codes at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, and content are owned by Código Serna unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project examples shown on the Site represent real client work delivered by Código Serna, and any motion/creative studies are used under license from their respective sources.

5. Content you submit

When you submit information or files through a form on this Site, you confirm you have the right to share that content with us, and you grant Código Serna permission to use it solely to evaluate and deliver the project you're inquiring about.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, though we take reasonable measures to keep it that way.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site and services evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
